Cosy apartments, calm location, located directly next to a ski lift

Our comfortable house is located in Unterberg, in a quiet area, between Maria Alm and Hintermoos, surrounded by juicy meadows, forests and healthy air.

In winter you'll certainly appreciate our close proximity to the next ski lift, which is only 50 m away. Thus you can enjoy winter sports without having to start your car's engine! Furthermore, our guests can use the indoor pool, as well as the wellness area of Hotel Langeck (right next to our apartment) free of charge.

Maria Alm

The picturesque village Maria Alm is embedded in a green, untainted natural landscape, overlooked by the "Steinernes Meer" as well as the Hochkönig.
